Jim has been in the A/C business for over 25 years, always working for someone else. He has also held many positions in management, and increasingly became frustrated when trying to give the customer the service they deserved and were paying for, while having to justify every minute of every day to his bosses. He decided to start his own business, with an emphasis on great service, while listening to his customers and not having to answer to anyone else. Now he only answers to his customers and everyone is happier for it!
